Shraddha Chaplot is a Greengineer and Machinegineer at Cisco (fun titles she created herself). She imagined offbeat ways to pursue her dreams, leading to her pastimes, passions, and pondering becoming her playground at work. Shraddha is also a huge enthusiast of being your authentic self, combining her love for engineering, STEAM, hands–on projects, and wacky ideas to inspire and empower anyone and everyone, and in doing so, enabling them to realize their true potential. She graduated from University of California, San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and depth in Machine Intelligence. Her mother is a mathematical wizard, her father is a curious engineer, and she is everything she is because of them. Shraddha is currently a board member on RIT/NTID’s Foundation Board of Directors. Shraddha loves to show that being smart is cool, that building things and sharing it with others is exciting, and that curiously experimenting is how we change the world.
