The energy and excitement I experienced at IEEE N3XT™ fueled my inner startup spirit while providing me with excellent networking contacts and resources to take on my latest challenge. I am now representing my company, Covestro as the first female from the United States to serve as an engineer on the ground crew for Solar Impulse, the first round-the-world flight powered without a drop of fuel! The N3XT experience fueled my ability to network as well as deliver presentations to company executives and speak to crowds of 300+ people. I know the skills I have developed as an IEEE member and my participation at N3XT have provided me with the confidence to tackle any challenge that is thrown at me — including my latest: Intrapreneur!

The guest speakers at IEEE N3XT in Austin were amazing — great job. The motivational speeches and knowledge of the experts in the various tracks were just what I needed and I decided to attend Toronto as a result of the good time I had. The IEEE N3XT in Toronto was a great opportunity for me. I came to Toronto to learn how to improve my pitch. The event not only helped with the development of my startup idea, I feel even more confident with the judges feedback on how I can structure my pitch to make it better. I left Toronto with a plethora of information, freindly and unforgettable connections, and new found skills that I can apply to help develop and grow my future. Thanks!
